The Clearwater community is now accepting residents. It will be followed at first by Elevate Senior Living at Olathe, in Kansas, and then by communities in future areas of interest including Nevada, Tennessee, Colorado, and other sites in the Mid West.

Safepoint has begun the next development on a beautiful 6.7 acre site in Olathe, Kansas.
"Olathe" is a Shawnee word understood to mean "beautiful," and one of the more popular cities in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. This community will be about 20 miles southwest of downtown.
Elevate Senior Living at Olathe will be a community of 96 individual units for Assisted Living and Memory Care, and 5 triplex villas for Independent Living. It is adjacent to a nature preserve with walking paths and lush landscape and will serve an affordable mid-range market. Just as in the community in Clearwater, it will provide pure water, non toxic building materials for cleaner air and nutritious meals.
