Elevate provides a turn-key approach just in time for the next wave of 14 million middle income seniors who cannot afford what is currently available in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The design is available in one or two stories to fit on 4 to 6 acres with 96 to 104 beds, with construction cost around five million less than the traditional model. All key providers are in place to design, build, decorate, license and lease-up.

Independent Living is an active senior community for 55+ residents who need no assistance to live on their own, but are free from property maintenance, and enjoy

that offers housekeeping, social activity, dining, transport, exercise

resources, security, and good help if needed.

Assisted Living helps with the needs of daily living and life management, as needed.

Memory Care residents have cognitive issues and need guidance and safeguards to live securely.
